Shipping & returns

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Montague Gardens, Cape Town within two working days. Main centres usually receive within 2–3 working days after dispatch, regional addresses 3–5 working days. Delivery is free nationwide on orders over R500.

Tracking

You will receive a waybill number by email once the courier collects your parcel. Tracking is also available under Orders in My account.

Returns

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange collection or exchange.
